Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after confirmation
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day
You will receive an order confirmation via SMS or WhatsApp after your order is placed
Our team may contact you to confirm your order and delivery address before dispatch

Cash on Delivery (COD)

PakStyle Co operates entirely on Cash on Delivery
Payment is made directly to the courier at the time of delivery
Please have the payment amount ready at the time of delivery
Do not pay in advance to anyone claiming to be from PakStyle Co - we only collect payment at your door via official courier partners

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp. You can use this to track your delivery in real time on the courier's website.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier will attempt delivery up to 2 times
If delivery is unsuccessful after 2 attempts, the order will be returned to us
Repeated failed deliveries may affect your ability to place future COD orders

Damaged Items in Transit

If your order arrives visibly damaged, take photos immediately, note the damage with the courier if possible, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund for items confirmed damaged in transit.

Delivery to remote areas may take additional time
Always verify your delivery address before placing an order - we are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect address information
