At PakStyle Co, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing your order.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched. To cancel, contact us immediately via WhatsApp or our contact page with your order number. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery
- The item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Items that have been worn, used, or damaged by the customer
- Items returned after 7 days of delivery
- Items without original packaging
- Sale or discounted items (unless defective)
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, clear photos of the damaged item, and a brief description of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund for all verified defective items.
Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders will be issued via bank transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return or exchange, contact us via WhatsApp or email (available on our Contact page). Please do not send items back without prior approval — unapproved returns will not be accepted.
Important Notes
- PakStyle Co reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy criteria
- We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective
